In a sentence or two — what do you do here at TouchBistro? How has your role/department evolved over the years?
As Manager, FP&A, my role focuses on assessing our overall business performance and providing support to each department through a business case partnership. I initially started here in an Accounts Receivable role, but over the years have shifted towards my analytical strengths, helping create the foundation for the FP&A function and ultimately moving into my long-term career path.

I had the pleasure of being part of the team supporting the company’s latest financing round of $150M with Francisco Partners. I am confident there will never be a shortage of new takes on food styles and varieties, which means many more opportunities to try out new restaurants with my wife and friends! Plus, food is always better when shared!
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? Or the weirdest food combo you love?
I am a huge fan of sushi and would absolutely love to eat it every day. I highly recommend trying Omakase-style restaurants, as they offer unique culinary experiences and being able to watch the chefs prepare each dish is nothing short of extraordinary.

If you could have dinner with any famous chef or restaurateur, who would it be and why?
Gordon Ramsay. I would love to witness his passion for cooking (and fiery personality!) and ask him about food and dishes he has tried from around the world. I think we can all agree it would be an incredibly entertaining meal!
